Recist guideline 需注意的是在區分
Complete Response (CR):
Partial Response (PR):  30%  decrease diameter
Progressive Disease (PD): 20% increase diameter
Stable Disease (SD):  

但要先區分是 target lesion or non-target lesion，若是non target lesion就沒有PR



另外在 new lesion的診斷:
For equivocal findings of progression (e.g. very small and
uncertain new lesions; cystic changes or necrosis in existing
lesions), treatment may continue until the next scheduled
