COVID-19 pneumonia
新興疾病，但短短一年來，就已經有各種藥物，dexan, anti-IL6, anti-viral agents以及vaccination，生技產業另人驚艷，讚嘆科學。
照顧方面若是醫療不崩壞，和以往的viral pneumonia, ARDS相比，大概就是多了血栓的預防，這也是以往東方人較少用到的。
很多人質疑台灣死亡率高，和年紀大，慢性病多有關。但是事實上以台灣健保的涵蓋範圍，要找到沒慢性病的患者，是少之又少。個人是認為與一開始醫護人員的照護經驗心理準備，醫院的硬體設施還沒完備，PCR篩檢量能還沒上來，疫苗也還不夠普及有關。但在這些事都已經解決後，coronavirus對台灣應該已不會造成威脅。
